Studio181 has 4 dedicated networks set up to allow for easy plug and play of network devices that rely on the following protocols; MA-Net, Art-Net, sACN and NDI.  

The studio has a custom tuned Yamaha Studio system and is controlled through a Midas MR12 digital mixer and tuned through a DBX Drive Rack system controller. With ample analogue audio inputs located throughout the studio there’s always an input right where it’s required.

The studio boasts a 50” and 55” main displays, both HDR compliant and able to achieve resolutions of 4K60. In addition to this there’s a 4K120 projector mounted in the space, projecting onto a 3m wide 16:9 motorised screen. With flexibility in mind there are multiple patching inputs to all the display options located on the two main desk interface.

There is an Apple MacMini that takes care of audio within the space. This machine is connected to and iConnectivity soundcard to allow for easy audio input and output within the system. This Mac has the ability to run the following software solutions; Ableton Live Suite, Show Kontrol and Reaper.  

Studio181 houses three computers to allow for easy use of the space.

The main computer used for pre-visualisation and CAD software boasts the following specs, 64G of DDR5 RAM running at 5200MHz, an Intel i9 12900K CPU with 8 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores, pushing the graphics out is a NVIDIA RTX3090 graphics card. Dual radiators to keep all the components cool and running smoothly.

We have the ability to run the following software on this PC; Vectorworks CAD software, L8 visualisation software, Depence3 visualisation software and WYSIWYG visualisation software.  

Studio181 also boasts a content production PC. This PC is another powerhouse with an i9 CPU and NVIDIA 3080 GPU. This machine has the ability to run the following software selections; Resolume Arena, Resolume Wire, Notch VFX, Adobe Suite and Maxon Suite.
